Many urban students believe that milk and cheese come from the grocery store. They will
leave this exhibit knowing how cows provide the ingredients to feed their babies and ours,
and how the milk, yogurt and cheese we love are made from cow's milk. Plus, children will
observe the milking process from start to finish with the help of a modern milking machine
and a live cow.
The California Dairy Association brings Bessie the cow to you since you can't get to the
country.
